โฆ When Hearts Wept for Palestine โ A Soulful Prayer Echoed from Worli โฆ
Mumbai, March 21: The walls of Mumbaiโs historic Husaini Ashrafi Masjid echoed today not just with prayers, but with pain, compassion, and solidarity โ when hundreds gathered for a heartfelt Dua Gathering in support of the oppressed people of Palestine. The air was filled with emotion, and teary eyes reflected the agony of a wounded nation thousands of miles away.
Scholars, social workers, religious leaders, and common people came together under one roof โ not merely to pray, but to feel the pain of their Palestinian brothers and sisters, to cry for justice, and to pledge unwavering support to a struggling nation.
The gathering was led by the revered Islamic scholar Hazrat Allama Syed Moinuddin Ashrafi (Moin Miyan), with prominent figures like Alhaj Mohammad Saeed Noori, General Secretary of Raza Academy, joining in this emotional moment of spiritual unity.
โPalestine is Bleeding, and Our Hearts Must Bleed Tooโ โ Moin Miyan
In a moving speech, Hazrat Moin Miyan said,
โWhen a child in Palestine cries, it is not just their mother’s heart that breaks โ it should shatter every Muslimโs soul. Supporting Palestine is not just a duty; it is a test of our humanity and faith.โ
He urged the Muslim world to rise above divisions and become a voice for the voiceless, defenders of Baitul Muqaddas, and protectors of Masjid Al-Aqsaโs dignity.
โDua is Our Weapon, But Action is Our Responsibilityโ โ Saeed Noori
Alhaj Mohammad Saeed Noori reminded everyone that while prayers carry divine power, real change comes when voices rise and steps are taken.
โWe cannot stay silent. Every tweet, every gathering, every raised voice matters. The blood of innocent Palestinians demands more than just sympathy โ it demands action.โ
He passionately called upon Islamic nations to unite and fight injustice with a strong, collective stand.
Tears, Prayers, and a Promise
As hundreds lifted their hands in prayer, a collective tear fell for every orphaned child, every martyred soul, and every shattered home in Palestine. The crowd pledged to keep the flame of solidarity alive โ to be the voice that never goes silent and the strength behind every prayer for peace and justice.
This soul-stirring gathering concluded with a powerful message: โThe pain of Palestine is the pain of the entire Ummah โ and we will never let it be forgotten.โ
