Who Can Apply

This programme is open to Saudi citizens and legal residents (Iqama holders) who are physically present in the Kingdom.
Applicants must have an active Absher account, as registration is linked to the National Volunteer Work Platform via Saudi national ID or Iqama number.

Pilgrims entering Saudi Arabia on a Hajj visa are not eligible. Overseas applicants without an Iqama or Saudi ID cannot register through this system.
