Jalna Traders Association Launches “Adopt Swadeshi – Save the Nation” Campaign
Initiative to Empower Local Industry and Boost Economic Growth

The Jalna Traders Association, under the leadership of President Satish Panch, launched the “Adopt Swadeshi – Save the Nation” campaign on Friday, August 22, at the New Monda Wholesale Kirana Yard. Awareness pamphlets promoting the use of indigenous products were distributed during the event.
President Satish Panch emphasized that using Swadeshi (indigenous) products will benefit farmers, workers, small entrepreneurs, and traders. He said, “In today’s competitive market, foreign goods have captured a significant share. To change this, every Indian must make a collective effort. ‘Make in India’ is not just a government policy but every Indian’s responsibility. Using indigenous products strengthens our economy and supports local businesses. Every citizen should adopt the motto – ‘Adopt Swadeshi, Save the Nation’.”
Senior office bearers and members present included: Purushottam Agrawal, Kishan Bhakkad, Sunil Runwal, Rajendra Lohia, Anil Panch, Sanjay Lhavade, Gautam Shrisrimal, Dutta Ladda, Kapil Chawla, Wasim Kacchi, Anil Lodha, Praveen Kamad, Yash Jangda, Santosh Daga, Munna Garg, Shri Navpute, Ashish Sawji, Amit Agrawal, Vinod Garg, Ramesh Alizhar, Vipul Gosrani, Ashok Agrawal, and Dineshkumar Nemichand.
Key Highlights of the Campaign:
- Prioritize indigenous products and boycott foreign goods.
- Spread the message: “Hail the Soldier, Hail the Farmer, Hail Science, and Hail Trade.”
- Encourage local production and industry for the nation’s benefit.
The association announced that the campaign will extend across urban and rural areas of the district, interacting directly with traders and the public to raise awareness about the importance of Swadeshi products.
President Satish Panch added that supporting indigenous products will not only strengthen the economy but also foster a sense of true patriotism.
The campaign aims not only to raise awareness but also to empower local industries and traders. Officials believe this initiative will enhance employment, production, and trade, thereby strengthening the business environment in Jalna.
The Traders Association appealed to citizens to use Swadeshi products in their daily lives and encourage others to do the same, contributing to economic growth and social empowerment.
