Alongside cooling, the system filters and treats the air with an efficiency of up to 95%, removing impurities to keep the environment clean for those praying and performing Umrah.

The cooling network spreads across close to 1.5 million square metres, reaching the prayer halls, courtyards and surrounding facilities so that cooled air is spread evenly across every part of the mosque used by worshippers.
