The Interschool Carol singing with great enthusiasm at Ryan School Aurangabad
* An initiative of Ryan International School to mark the Christmas season
Aurangabad: The Christmas festival is about to come and the whole world is busy preparing to celebrate the birthday of Lord Jesus with great pomp. Carol singing is very important at Christmas. The word carol itself means a song of praise and joy. The department-level interschool carol singing competition concluded with enthusiasm on 10th December at Ryan International School, Aurangabad.
Schools from Aurangabad and Jalna participated in this competition. The program began with devotional prayer and Bible reading. Devotional songs in praise of the Lord Jesus Christ were also presented at this time.
Pastor Shanmugam, education expert Philomena Geddon, D.Ed College Principal Janet Sreesundar, Sister Priscilla, and Sister Rufina were prominently present on the occasion.

The students presented a series of interesting and entertaining performances reflecting the spirit of Christmas. The students gave the message of faith, happiness, and peace by singing different types of Christmas carols.
Singing carols is a great way to spread the festive spirit and togetherness at Christmas time and this was reflected in the carol singing competition on the Ryan School campus.
In this competition, Ryan School Aurangabad secured the first position by scoring 123 marks. St. John’s Aurangabad came second by scoring 119 marks while Ryan School of Jalna came third by scoring 81 marks and St. John’s School Jalna got 77 marks.
The successful students were congratulated by Dr. AF Pinto, Founder President of the school, Director Grace Pinto, and Departmental Coordinator Ruben Frank. Christmas and New Year’s wishes were exchanged at this time.
